Learning About Your Needs

We start our work process by learning about your needs. To keep this process simple, kindly assist us by completing the pre-project questionnaire on our website so that we could collect as much information as we can from you about your expectations and requirements for your future online shop. After receiving your completed form online, our company’s representative shall contact you by telephone to give you a verbal quote and answer the queries which you may have.

Contract Stage

We shall prepare a contract and send it over to you for your signature once the terms and conditions of the project are agreed. When you return your signed copy along with your deposit(i.e. 20% of the contract sum), we shall proceed to prepare the initial designs for your review and approval and register the Domain name for you accordingly.
